Can an AI Pentest Replace Human Pentesters?

Long-running agents fail for boring reasons: a timeout, a flaky API, a model that took a wrong turn. Snapshots turn those failures from lost hours into a quick restore.
What a snapshot captures
A Codexa snapshot saves the sandbox filesystem, environment and, optionally, memory. Restoring it brings back the exact state, including installed packages and files written by the agent.
Three ways teams use snapshots
Checkpoints
Save progress after each major step so a crash never costs more than a few minutes of work.
Branching
Fork a snapshot into several sandboxes and let agents explore different approaches in parallel. Keep the best result and discard the rest.
Pause and resume
When an agent is waiting on human approval, snapshot it and shut it down. Resume it instantly when the reply arrives, and pay nothing in between.
Getting started
Snapshots are available on every plan. Call one method from the SDK, or enable automatic snapshots every few minutes in your project settings.
